The purpose of the team is to provide expert help to members of the Scout Association, youth groups, organizations, event organisers and groups in general, in the way of specialist communication services, of whatever type, to ensure safety and efficiency in any event with which we are involved.

BMFA STDSCT provide their assistance in public address systems to a number of model air shows around the country including Europes Largest Model Air Show at RAF Barkston Heath for the British Model Flying Association
butterwick The team helped the Butterwick Hospice with their fun day on Norton Green in over May bank holiday weekend 2011 and helped them rasie the much needed funds to ensure their existance
Heart For the past 7 years we have supplied the vital support to the Heart Research in the form of event marshals and radio communications for their three peaks challenge. Heart Research UK organises the 25-mile walk every year and all their walkers have a fantastic day in the Yorkshire Dales as they climb three of the highest peaks in Yorkshire; Pen-Y-Ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough.
